Born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa, Kyle has always had a passion for food, cooking and any outdoor adventure. He worked in the restaurant and catering industry in South Africa and abroad for a number of years, and appeared on the South African TV show, The Ultimate Braai Master. 

After graduating from university in Cape Town, he spent a number of years working in the advertising industry, in both large and small boutique agencies. In Amsterdam, Kyle now works as an independent brand consultant, specialising in graphic design, web development, print and digital media. 

Kyle’s keen interest in product development and Runder Biltong was created as a result of his passion and disciplines colliding, and it has transformed into something that encompasses his experience, passion and best skill sets.
